Thank you for your interest in Mesquite Trails RV Resort. We are the largest and newest luxury RV park in Mesquite, Nevada. We hope to be your favorite RV park and OHV spot in the Tri-State area of Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.

Our resort has 193 full hookup sites, including big rig pull-throughs for easy parking without unhooking your tow. Our new pool and hot tub opened on June 26, 2025. There are family restrooms with luxury showers and three laundry rooms throughout the park.

We are dog-friendly, with three dog parks and a dog wash. Our 3,000 sq. ft. Event Center is great for groups and rallies. Pickleball fans can enjoy two professional pickleball courts.

Onsite, you can rent UTVs from Mesquite Outdoor Rentals and access nearby off road trails. We also offer onsite RV rentals , including the Terry Classic RV, so you can bring friends along.

Rockets Over the Mesa July 4th

Mesquite Trails RV Resort is located right on the border of Nevada and Arizona, 35 miles south of St. George, Utah. We are very close to the numerous National Monuments, National Parks, and State Parks in the Tri-State Region, making us the perfect base camp to adventure.  The RV park is 70 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada and 70 miles south of Zion National Park, right in the middle of everything.

Mesquite, NV is an Off Road Gate Way to the Arizona Strip, which borders the Northern side of the Grand Canyon, where Grand Canyon Parashant National Monument is located. There are few roads leading into the Arizona Strip which has helped preserve its wilderness wow factor.   Off Highway Vehicles (OHVs) are allowed on ALL city streets in Mesquite for the purpose of accessing off-road trails and adventures. This makes Mesquite Trails RV Resort a very friendly OHV RV Park, compliments of the City of Mesquite.  Leave your trailer behind in the resort and head out for adventure on your SxS, UTV, ATV or motor bike.

There is plenty to do without leaving town. Mesquite is home to eight renowned golf courses, three Las Vegas Style Casino Resorts with live entertainment and dining. The city has multiple ball fields and an impressive Sports Complex to hosts youth and adult championship events, tournaments, and camps for softball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, rugby, football, boxing, and more. Mesquite Trails RV Resort is proud to offer a Sports Tournament Discount for athletes of all ages.

  • A day trip can include any number of the stunning national and state parks, monuments, and recreational areas.Within an hour or two you can be at Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, Gold Butte National Monument, Gunlock and Valley of Fires State Park.

  • If views are not your scene, we are just over an hour north of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, hosts to NASCAR races and other series ... after the race you might beat the traffic back to Mesquite before the other fans reach their Vegas destination.
